We will work closely together to create a customized plan for managing your health, based on your priorities, goals, lifestyle, and needs. I will guide you through the process of identifying and connecting with your true priorities, creating goals based on them, and establishing the consistent action steps to reach them.

I help people live healthy, balanced lives, whatever that means to them. Often, my clients want to create margin in their lives so they can reprioritize how they spend their time, giving them more opportunities for the habits that support a healthy body, mind, and spirit. As such, this process is highly customized, and I pull in tools from my 15+ years of professional coaching experience to meet the unique needs of each client.
I am credentialed as a National Board Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach (NBC-HWC), Wellcoaches Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, RRCA Certified Running Coach, and a member of the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA).
Coaching is available in person or online. We will start with an initial assessment to clearly define your short and long term goals. There is a small fee of $65 for this session; if you choose to work with me as your coach, this will be deducted from your coaching package. We will use these goals as a foundation to create a strategy for attaining these objectives.
After 12 weeks of intense work, many of my clients choose to continue with coaching on a monthly basis. We will determine together what the best path is for you to be able to sustain your health independently and successfully.

The Jump Start
In the Jump Start, we first talk about your health goals and begin setting priorities and goals. We will follow that with convenient and effective online coaching to keep you focused and consistently making progress.
The Launch is my most popular package! We begin by getting really in-depth about your health goals, setting priorities, and designing a customized plan. We then follow up every other week via video call to review your progress, tackle the next challenge, and ensure that the actions you are taking are a consistent match for your goals and priorities.
Your coach is by your side for every step of the way, and in The Plunge we walk very closely. We begin by creating a customized plan for your health, and meet weekly for 12 weeks for an intense and focused approach to establishing habits that will be sustainable.
